| The Quantum and CQO Pre-payment Manager provides a powerful, integrated solution for the management of Gas Pre-Payment Customers using the Quantum system, and in particular the links to the Central Quantum Office (CQO), now operated by Siemens Metering Services, and TransCo. |

The key features of the system are:
- Maintains a comprehensive database of all gas pre-payment customers and the operation of their accounts
- Capable of generating all CQO and TransCo forms required to operate the Quantum system
- Automatically logs all CQO and TransCo forms together with their effects on the customer's account
- Supports the generation of Email CQO files to the CQO and the processing of Email report files for cash transactions and meter readings etc. from the CQO
- Supports direct Fax delivery of those CQO and TransCo forms not covered by current Email interfaces
- Enables the reconciliation of cash transaction data from the CQO against the monthly CQO Invoices
- Provides a range of reports simplify the management of Pre-Payment Customers, such as identifying those Customers for whom no credit purchases have been reported from the CQO
- Can be used to produce Customer statements and letters
- Can be linked to central Customer Information Systems to form integrated solutions
Multi-user system available for operation using Oracle Database Technology, now scalable to handle in excess of 1,000,000 pre-payment customers.
