Lerryn have done it again!
In November 2006, Lerryn made their latest acquisition with the purchase of the Pegasus customer base of Peach Data Services plc. Peach have been a well respected Pegasus partner for over twenty years being there almost as long as the Pegasus product itself. 

The company continues to grow from strength to strength. With its unique blend of programming and development expertise, together with decades of experience in the UK accounting mid market, the company is expanding its installed customer base throughout the North, North West and Midlands areas. Further expansion is planned through additional strategic acquisitions and through organic growth.

With an appetite for growth through acquisition, in August 2006 Lerryn made another strategic acquisition by buying Professional Systems Design Limited in Doncaster. PSD had previously been a Pegasus reseller for 20 years and again, brought experienced staff and an established customer base.

This move clearly demonstrates Lerryn's 100% commitment to providing their clients with the very best supply and support and further extends their area coverage to the North and the Midlands.

Once again this fast growing Company is proving itself a force to be reckoned with and "The supplier of choice" for Small to medium Businesses looking for first class supply and support for their IT systems and Opera software in particular.

Further expansion for leading IT and Pegasus Company

Continuing their expansion and growth plans, Lerryn Data Technolgy has acquired DTOS Ltd. the long established Stoke on Trent based Pegasus reseller. The deal included the full customer base of DTOS together with securing the existing staff.

This acquisition has enabled Lerryn to extend their comprehensive Pegasus development and support skills and to provide even more solid support for both Lerryn and DTOS clients using even greater resources.

Lerryn are set to continue on the pattern of growth and expect to make further acquisitions in the future.
The plan is to grow by careful acquisition and organic growth supported by first class supply and support said Ian White of Lerryn.

Purchase of Wade Computing Services Limited

The Lerryn Group of Cheadle Hulme has purchased Wade Computing Services Limited of Stockport in a move which extends the services offered by Lerryn from their existing service base.  Lerryn is well known in the Energy industry as an expert in Prepayment Customer Account Management systems.  This acquisition will enable Lerryn to extend their comprehensive software development and support skills into the broader accounting software arena. Initially Lerryn will concentrate on the Pegasus accounting suite and will shortly add other complementary products such as GoldMine with which Lerryn has development experience.  The Sellers will continue to work in the business for the time being working in the reselling and support of the Pegasus suite of products.
