Lerryn’s Network Support Team are both experienced and qualified. We regularly attend courses run by vendors such as Microsoft and HP to keep our skills up-to-date and to ensure that we are able to rectify faults quickly and efficiently.
By listening to our clients’ needs and adding our own expertise, we have developed a comprehensive range of services designed to meet every network, service level and budget requirement.
Standard Network Support Contract
Our standard Network Support Contract provides for immediate unlimited helpdesk telephone and remote diagnostic support. The helpdesk is available Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm although we try and be as flexible as possible and work with our clients wherever necessary. The Standard Contract is renewed annually.
Calls Logged to our helpdesk are allocated a call Log Number. This enables the call to be progressed and call status reports to be generated.
Pre Pay Network Support
With our Pre Pay Support Scheme, we sell a block of our time. This has a number of advantages in that the time can be used for any purpose for example, it can be used for PC configuration work, for on-site consultancy for telephone or dial-in support - you decide how you would like to use the time.
Time is purchased in blocks and is paid for in advance.
Ad Hoc Network Support
If you do not want to commit to a contract or Pre Pay Scheme, we can offer ad-hoc support where we simply charge a standard hourly rate for work carried out on your software. |
